Was in this shop yesterday Thursday 7/31 during peak lunch time. The place was very busy and had only 1 person working and she was swamped. I sat back and watched her and she was incredible, she had people in person placing orders, she had on-line orders to fill, she managed it all with professionalism and courtesy and handled without breaking a sweat. The lady working there was very very nice and was doing her best but they need another person in there to help her. I had an online order and have been waiting for 20 minutes. She’s done another online order and helped about 4 guests in the store. The owners not keeping 2 people in there at all time is not fair to the one person working or to the customers. Food is great and like I said, they are always friendly. But that is ridiculous.
Placed a pickup order and one of the employees actually called me to confirm the special instructions for one of the subs! She didn’t want to mess it up! I thought it was nice that she cared enough to call! Thanks
I always see the same guy working there, and he is awesome. Sandwiches are always excellent.
