Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Both girls were very rude and giving the worst dirty looks. Did not like the way they spoke to us. Made us both very uncomfortable.
We had an online order they told us they were out of cheese bread at 4:00 we asked to cancel the order and they told us that it’s not cancellable then on kid complained about there being “a lot” of customers even tho it was just me and my boyfriend and one other couple and had to tell the other kid multiple times to come help him before he started helping us it was disgusting in the lobby and behind the counter I used to work at subways and I know it’s not very hard to upkeep especially seeing as it was empty in there will d... read more
