Food is not fresh and the staff is rude and argumentive.
If I can give a 0 I would, they keep messing up my order even telling you right in front of you. Like you didn’t understand
Staff with unfriendly attitude. I had to repeat myself several times when ordering and they made me feel like they were doing me a favor that I came in there. Also, they didn't let me use discount coupons for the sandwich I wanted but said you can only use it for the plain "boring" subs. Other locations let me get any sub I want. Geez, we already pay way too much for food everywhere and they are being this stingy? Needless to say, I won't come back here.
When i arrived at the Subway Lenox Street Norwood location at peak dinner time, no other customers were present. Following my experience, it became obvious why. I had a coupon that excluded three sandwich choices. I was told by the employee that only ham, turkey, tuna or meatball could be ordered using the coupon. Essentially, every option was excluded from coupon usage despite coupon exclusions clearly noted. I left and decided that I will never visit another Subway. The food really isnt even worth the coupon value.
