This subway will not honor subway rewards points or deals. The Manager/Owner stated that they have no control over it. This is not true, the franchise does control this. They just do not want to lose money giving customers rewards points and deals. Go to another Subway you'll be happier.
I wish I could give this place negative stars. My husband walked in at 8:00 and was told that they were closing and that he “couldn’t make him a sandwich” when it infact says on their website, ON THEIR DOOR and everywhere else that they don’t close till 9:00. I then called over 15 times and every single time no one talked to me just answered and hung up. There is still 10 mins now till they close. I will be calling again tomorrow and asking for the manger. This is very unprofessional.
Went to pick up my online order. I used the drink fountain to fill my cup and this little bug dude came out and went into my soda. This honestly ruined my experience and made me feel icky eating my sandwich.
