Went to pick up my online order. I used the drink fountain to fill my cup and this little bug dude came out and went into my soda. This honestly ruined my experience and made me feel icky eating my sandwich.
I would leave zero stars if I could the older man working in there that is extremely rude and has terrible customer service. I ordered a meal with a bottle of Pepsi and he gave me a fountain drink. I showed him my receipt and my order on the app showing that I selected the actual small 20oz bottle of Pepsi and not a fountain drink. He refused to give me the bottle that I selected and paid for and insisted that I take the fountain drink, arguing that the receipt says 20oz. I didn't want to give it a star at all,but couldn't write a post if you didn't. This is the second time this happened. I am here at 8:20, the door and website say they close at 9. I walk in and the girl says we're closed. She says the hours on the door and website are wrong that we close at 8:30.
