What's customer service? Needed to get a refund for no delivery through their app but they won't pick up the phone, not just that but they will hang up instead of put you on hold. There's no other way to get in contact with them, the app has AI that eventually tells you to call the branch, no email no alternative customer service number NOTHING. Need to call my bank to have them revoke the charges. OVER 30 TIMES CALLED AND HUNG UP ON. Food 0 stars cause I wouldn't know. Service -5 stars cause they don't know what the word me... read more
