❌ bad service, unfriendly employees
We visit the Summerport Subway at least twice a week, but we’ve had enough. The guy who works there is consistently rude, disrespectful, and has absolutely no sense of customer service. He throws the veggies on the sub carelessly and acts like he’s doing us a favor just by being there. His attitude makes the whole experience uncomfortable and unpleasant every single time. Customer service is terrible. The man on counter is extremely rude and mannerless. I feel really very bad today, felt giving money for being disrespectful.
If the staff were better, it would have been a much better experience for myself and my family
Stopped by 15 minutes before closing time and the doors were locked with the open sign still "on" Disappointing.
