Ordered two sandwiches for pick up 04/05 - never gave me any notification about store being closed, show up for pick up and all the doors were locked! Wasted my gas and went back home, I've now been trying to call the store ALL DAY and no one has answered the phone even once to figure out my refund. Very clean. Very nice experience compared to other subways
Long black hair in my sandwich after a pick up order. Bit right into it, went back to find the same male Sandwich artist with long black pony tail, no bun, no hairnet. Expressed my displeasure and asked to remake the whole order because I got 2 sandwiches and was scared of the second one. It Was clean inside and service was nice, but the veggies looked old like they haven't been switched out for who knows how long and my bread did not taste or feel fresh at all. The meat and cheese did not have a good taste either. Never going back here again, and I'm hoping I don't get sick. Worst sandwich I have ever had
I came here on 12/18/2025. The tattooed guy behind the counter was AWESOME!! I wasn't sure what I wanted and instead of being annoyed, he actually suggested something. Never in my life would I pair BACON and tuna.... It was SOOOOO GOOD!!!. He was so nice and personable. Great experience!!! 12 Stars!!!!
