Very positive experience.
After 10 minutes of one customer and one employee listening to an alarm going off, I finally mentioned the issue. I was met with a crap look and no response. Idk what kind of person hears an alarm and doesn't check it out. Might come back for a sub but won't be sitting down to eat here anymore if that's the way customers are treated.
Got into Brooklyn after spending the day at urgent care after a fall. Most places were crowded on a Saturday night, so decided to stop at Subway since I hadn't eaten all day. The server told me they close at 9:30 since I arrived just before 9. At exactly 9:30 one of the guys said that I need to leave since they were closing. In every restaurant I have ever been to that means they stop serving at 9:30 and you can finish your meal while they close-up.
