Ordered online 20 minutes before i got there didnt even start on my food ignored me even though i already paided and ordered my food was told to wait while he took orders how about do the orders you already have i will never come back
Do yourself a favor and go to any other subway. The guy that runs the place won’t take online orders so when you try to order online it takes your money and he cancels the order. He also won’t accept subway deals because he’s extremely greedy. I will never come here again. Don’t give this man your money, go to a different subway. Terrible way to run a business.
After I waited for twenty minutes, the employee simply canceled my order, saying that he had a lot of work. Very unfriendly atmosphere! Employees do not communicate correctly!
Management turns off app orders during lunch hours and wont recognize online promos in store while they have the app disconnected Shady business practices by this franchise
They have an insane policy, that they only accepts 20 in app orders a day so once that limit is reached they no longer accept any regardless of anything else is how it was explained to me by the employee when my in app order was immediately cancelled. But they are still actively serving customers in store. But as we all know all the deals and BOGOs are only on the app. So we’re penalizing ppl for ordering in the app now??? Most insane policy I’ve ever heard. Will never come back here.
