My food was delicious I just hate that i ordered online for pick up and when I got there the person who made my sud didn’t speak English so I was telling him my sandwich wasn’t right and he didn’t understand me at all I was low key upset
Poor customer service
So every time I go in here right it's either sorry we're getting ready to close because my shift is over with or they asked me do I want my sandwich toasted and I'll tell em no but somehow they always give me hard-ass bread. I went in there with a 6.99 coupon on any footlong stating "any sub no limitations" I'm pretty sure everyone got it in the mail it's even on the online website. was told they were closing early so i left, got some of that nasty ass chinese food from the next door and as i was leaving i saw they were servicing multiple people?????
