Went in at 8:40pm and they don't close until 9pm and he refused to serve us. Kicked us out the store when we made him aware his business didn't close until 9pm. I felt so disrespected and uncomfortable. I will never come to this subway again, save your time and money. I feel like they are prejudice towards African Americans because he definitely spoke to my white friend in a different tone.There are plenty of other subways near.
Food wasn't terrible but the vegetables tasted a little funny... They weren't really cold... But not warm either, it was odd. The service didn't impress either. The lady behind the counter was short and snippy without a single smile. I got in and got out, though so that wasn't bad. I have very little to day about this location. It's literally 1 minute from where I live but I will continue to patronize the one on Chagrin, 8 minutes away. Says something. It's just meh honestly.

Closed before closing time got there the next day they tried to give me the sandwiches from the night before….Rude customer service will be attempting to corporate
Hardworking people. Have had their windows smashed more than once. When I want a Subway, they get my support.
