Initially the guy greeted everyone that came in the door. As he finished a transaction with the previous customer at the register he took my order then proceeded to make the order...without washing his hands...he did put on toilet paper thin gloves..but you just was on the register and touching other things..I ordered the Chicken bacon ranch ft long..they put the shredded chicken on instead of the rotisserie that is described .and he seemed irritated that he was asked to wash his hands. I knew I would regret Subway in 2026 but I didn’t think it would be this bad. The vibe was off - there was only one table where the chairs weren’t upside down. When I ordered my food the worker was very rude and didn’t even listen to when I asked for the veggie delight combo. Listen to your instincts and avoid this place.
It's just like a normal subway
How does your website say it closes at 9 but you closed the store 30 mins before you actually close. I feel like thats supper off putting and I can understand you wanna go home but like can you at least honor your hours or change it. Just got off work and wanted a quick sandwich but they want to be rude and denied me service soon as I walk in.
