SHOULD NOT BE A SUBWAY FRANCHISE. Not sure how they get away with not accepting promotions/discounts/etc. when they are running a franchised chain. I placed an order through the subway website and chose the deal and my rewards for discount that every subway I have ever been to has accepted. Then after placing the order, I received a call saying my order was cancelled because they don't accept discounts. So to start I’ve been to many of subways. This location is always clean. No they don’t participate in the app and online orders (only people who understand how a franchise works will understand and why they don’t participate, subway does not fund them for participation in these deals, its a creation of traffic thing but who loses out on those funds.. the owner) and in a time where everyone’s hurting compassion is a free service! This location is consistently cancelling orders placed through the app as a non-participating location. Some coupons advise you the location does not participate, but allows others to proceed just for the location to cancel it.... poor app management or location management. This is definitely not a one time occurrence either, very disappointed in this location for misleading customers. For give or take 40$ for 3 subs I’d like more than 4 slices of tomato/cucumber and more the 7 olives sprinkled on top. Literally was just bread.
