Lady was rude and confrontational with a guest and to a lesser degree myself saying they didn't have any bags and there was nothing they could do. I shrugged and left, the guy after me pushed a little harder and they have him a massive attitude. I go to the bathroom and walk back to see the girl walking out with 6 sandwiches in bags. They really did earn their 2 Star rating. I won't be back and you shouldn't waste your time here.
Very poor customer service!!! I asked for a veggie pizza and they warmed the pizza up first and then threw cold veggies on top of it. I told her typically the veggies are put on first and then the pizza is put in the oven. She told me that’s not how they do it here and refused to make my pizza properly. She rolled her eyes and gave me a refund with an attitude!!! 0/10 would not recommend!!!!
Beyond frustrated and disappointed. Arrived at this store at 7:50 pm. Was refused service because they were "getting ready to close" (they close at 8). We were offered drinks or chips only. I was traveling with 2 small kids. All the coolers still had toppings. Bread still visible behind the counter. Workers just didn't want to work. And it's harrisburg airport, it's not like there are any other options. Absolutely ridiculous.
The reviews are accurate. Counter personnel was rude. I asked for a foot long and she made a half instead. They refused to give me a bag or hand me the receipt. I had to pull it myself, then left my sandwich in the edge of the counter closest to her. I dnt know if the last in the seating area was the manager but they were so busy cackling with her that they made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable and gross.
