Ordered 2 foot long Chicken Cheese Dippers at $3 each. Did not qualify for making it a combo for $4.09 more. Had to purchase alacarte, so it cost over $11! Had to ask for dipping sauce. Fountain drinks are self-service, with free refills. Online states open until 8 pm, but the worker making the sandwiches stated the lobby would be closing at 6 pm. Maybe not enough help? Not sure. I visited this Subway location recently and had a disappointing experience. One of the employees was quite rude and seemed upset, possibly because the order wasn’t for her. Her attitude made the interaction uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this kind of behavior so future visits are more pleasant
Lady was rude and confrontational with a guest and to a lesser degree myself saying they didn't have any bags and there was nothing they could do. I shrugged and left, the guy after me pushed a little harder and they have him a massive attitude. I go to the bathroom and walk back to see the girl walking out with 6 sandwiches in bags. They really did earn their 2 Star rating. I won't be back and you shouldn't waste your time here.
Very poor customer service!!! I asked for a veggie pizza and they warmed the pizza up first and then threw cold veggies on top of it. I told her typically the veggies are put on first and then the pizza is put in the oven. She told me that’s not how they do it here and refused to make my pizza properly. She rolled her eyes and gave me a refund with an attitude!!! 0/10 would not recommend!!!!
