Consistently close early or don't open. Cancel mobile orders for no reason.
I placed an order through the Subway app using a coupon that was promoted by Subway. However, when I went to pick it up, the store told me they don’t accept coupons and cancelled my order. If certain locations don’t honor coupons, they should be turned off in the app for those restaurants. On top of that, this location often doesn’t have certain subs in stock.
