Today I ordered the Thursdays $6.99 sub meal, which comes with chips, a drink, and cookie. I ordered through the Subway app, but when I got my order it was all messed up. I had to ask for the cookies because it was never given to me, they put on mayo when I specifically choose a different sauce, there was no ice in the ice machine, and the Pepsi was flat. Went to buy a Spicy Italian sub, but the were out of provolone and don't have mozzarella either. They only have American cheese or pepper 🌶️ jack, neither make a good Italian sub. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN..!!! 🤬
I'm surprised there's so many negative reviews because lately every time I go there there's a blonde lady there that's always busting her back and she always does a good job. I hope she gets a raise.
