If I could give them a zero star, I would.They got taken over by new ownership, and they're very stingy.You can't even get a water bottle instead of soda even when they're soda, machine is not working. Very bad customer service. I would never recommend anybody to get anything from this Subway. There's many others around

This is probably the best Subway in Massachusetts, customer service is excellent, cleaning is good, great staff, and the food quality is the best.
Was craving subway lol saw 3.9 and was hoping it was not a 3.9 visit for me lol. It was not. Super clean, gentleman was nice. Food was good. 5 stars from me
They gave our order to someone else that we paid for through the app and when we just went to pick up our food they gave us a hard time and said someone already picked up our food up…. Absolutely ridiculous!!! They made us look like idiots and then issued a refund after arguing for ten minutes with us …. I will never go back here again . I do not recommended ordering through the app then going to pick it up because they made a mistake and tried making it our problem
