I don't really know why would people give poor ratings, nevertheless I always keep coming back to this cool spot and I love it. They are friendly, specially Tanzeer and Navya. They make an extra effort to make sure that I am satisfied each time. Worst ever experience at this franchise in My life i was trying to avail the ongoing deal for pickup and I received my confirmation email also but after few minutes owner cancelled my order without any reason and this happened 2nd time at this franchise with me so please be careful
