I’m giving the 3 stars simply because I ordered for delivery… I added prepping instructions and my order was still wrong… called the store and they advised I can write your name down but there isn’t anything more we can do! I paid $16 for a veggie delight!

We got some nice discount coupons in the mail the other day for Subway. We took the family there to eat and use the coupons. The girl said that they don’t accept coupons at all. The rude manager Spanish girl jumped in and said the same thing in a rude way. She said the stopped taking coupons a while ago. It said on the coupons that they were accepted at all metroplex locations. I go in there often and the Spanish manager girl has never ever smiled at me or anyone. Very unprofessional.
