On April 14th 2026 at 8:35 PM, I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I placed my order online and, upon arrival, politely tried to clarify a customization. Instead of being helpful, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and showed no willingness to assist or even listen properly. chinese lady very unprofessional, the way she talks like she own the place very disrespectful,make weird reasons for using washrooms
there is a what seems to be filipino women with a pink apple watch that works there. she has this attitude and you can tell from her face. she seems like she doesn’t even want to work there with the way she puts 3 pieces of onion on one sub. i really wonder how she got hired and if anyone even taught her how to server a customer with respect. it seems like she wants to do everything herself even tell her poor coworker “ill do it myself.” please hire someone who is actually fit for interacting with people on a daily basis.
