Gave me wrong sub even it was clearly mentioned what I want and what not but I think they don’t pay attention to what customers ask for. And also the bad packing. Really unsatisfied
I order Veggie patty Sub and they are out of veggie patty. they didn't inform me and send my order with extra cheese. I don't want cheese. If I do I can add that. I called the store and they said they don't have veggie patty till september. So don't you guys update your ordering platforms. Every time you are fooling your customer. If I don't want patty I can order cheaper sub. Stop fooling us🛑 I'll never come back here for sure.
We are regular customers at subway. We love this place and today i went with my frnds there to buy our dinner. They were so rude. I was discussing with them and she speak so rudely that discuss and final it first your order with each other.
I visited Subway and honestly, the food itself was okay, but the way the staff talked ruined the whole experience. Their attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. When you go to a place to eat, you at least expect basic respect, but that was clearly missing here. It doesn’t matter if the food is fine when the staff talk to customers like they don’t care. Definitely disappointing and not the kind of service anyone should get.
