My coworker and I visited a Subway location and immediately noticed concerning behavior from the employee working behind the counter. Although I had the printed gift card at home, I only had a photo of it on my phone when I went to pay. I’m so pissed off at whoever owns this store. They never have enough people working the lunch shift. I have no issue with the single employee usually working lunch shift. She tries very hard. My app order is now 45 minutes late with no sign of being completed. I can’t even get my money back because it was an app order. To the owner: don’t even open up if you can’t come down here and make a damn sandwich!!!! This is horrendous.
