I placed a mobile order today, 10/23, at 6:38 PM and arrived at 7:00 PM (the pick up time according to the app), only to find the doors locked. Both Google and the sign posted on the door state that the store closes at 8:00 PM. If the location intends to close early, why are mobile orders still being accepted? As a result, I'm out $15 for an order I was unable to pick up because the store closed an hour earlier than its advertised closing time. Been to this location three different times over a span of a month. Every single time it is the same young man (barely) working the front. Every single time, he is not to be seen for the 15 mins. Each time, he finally comes through the back of the store (literally not even in the establishment while on the clock), and just stares at you without saying a word or asking what you would like.
