Disappointed with Gift Card Redemption Experience I recently visited the Subway location at 1240 Huron Rd E, 1st Floor, Cleveland, OH 44115, hoping to use my $5 Subway gift card. Although I had the printed gift card at home, I only had a photo of it on my phone when I went to pay. I’m so pissed off at whoever owns this store. They never have enough people working the lunch shift. I have no issue with the single employee usually working lunch shift. She tries very hard. My app order is now 45 minutes late with no sign of being completed. I can’t even get my money back because it was an app order. To the owner: don’t even open up if you can’t come down here and make a damn sandwich!!!! This is horrendous.

They need to bring my back five dollars foot long.
Food is good and they get it right. Timeliness however is abysmal. It took half an hour to finally get my order and there were only FOUR PEOPLE in front of me... If you're looking for a fast in-n-out lunch, go anywhere else.
