Walked up to store at 6pm on a Thursday. Open sign lit. Hours on window said store was open until 8. No one was at the counter, doors were locked. No notice posted about it being closed. Very inconvenient when looking for a place to eat. Even online says youre open.

I visited this subway in hopes of getting food but that didn’t happen. The sandwich artist( short gentleman with locs) moved at the slowest pace I’ve ever seen. He mumbled and looked down at the he sandwich making it very hard to understand what he was saying. He caught an attitude because I had to keep asking him to repeat himself. My boyfriend and I walked in at 6:45 PM on Monday 11/17/2025 the store closed at 8:00 PM and where denied service because the store was “closing soon” the man at the front was rude and disrespectful. I clarified so you won’t serve us and he said yes. No apology or reasoning just told us to be on out way. This was rude and not the way the business should be managed.
