Took 25 minutes for my mobile order to get made
This place is so poorly managed - they never have enough staff for busy times. Out of everything, poor guy on shift was running around trying to do everything himself. He was fine, but clearly the managers are MIA and don’t give a shit about their employees or the level of service we receive as customers. Placed a mobile order 30-40 minutes in advance and the only individual on shift didn’t have the ability to make my order due to the multitude of orders before me. DONT DO MOBILE ORDERS IF YOURE NOT ABLE TO STAFF FOR IT.
Terrible service. Got asked how to make something on their item and then told I couldn’t have said thing because they forgot to get everything out of the freezer
