I come in frequently for lunch. My order has never been messed up, and because I order in the app ahead of time, I never have a long wait for food. The man and woman working during the lunch rushes are great people!
I feel really bad for the one Filipino lady who has to work all by herself during the dinner hour rush everyday. They really need to hire a second worker to assist her.
I asked for untoasted. Got toasted.
What an awful experience. 0 customer service skills or even any speaking from the employees. The girl who made my sandwich Suhk I believe is her name on the tag threw my sandwich together. Meat only on one side and my vegetables literally all off the sandwich by the time she wrapped it. Dry because she only put sauce on 1/4 of a 6 inch sandwich. For context I don't get a ton of veggies only onion and green peppers so it's not like I asked for massive amounts that didn't fit onto the sub.
