Paid $14 for my order, money was taken, but Subway refused to give me the food because they “couldn’t see it in the system.” I showed proof of payment, they still refused and wouldn’t even call the manager. Left without food and without money. Terrible service — beware!
We come in here all the time, and usually its a great time people are nice today however was a different story. Me and my husband came in at around 3:45pm and usually the door beeps when you walk it but this time it didn't which was weird but the blonde lady was sitting right there so we thought it was fine she'll come out to us...she didn't, she was laughing and joking on the phone with someone and we stood there for about 5 minutes. Almost 9 am and the stores not open .. pure laziness..
Great place to have a classic sub sandwich and change it up for once. We will definitely be returning to this location, and to the staff, keep up the great work you all are amazing. The food was fresh and the servings are very generous. Thank you for a great meal.
