Went to subway at noon, did an online order. I took out my sandwich and found a hair. I went back to let them know and they didn’t want to give me a refund and wanted to make another sandwich but I was grossed out. She was rude saying that we can’t do any refunds and she supposably spoke with a manager saying that they didn’t do any refunds. This place is unsanitary. Poor customer service.
No meat on sandwich and lady touching her nose then wear gloves🤢 this is not sanitary
This place always skimps on the meats, veggies are not fresh. Lady at the counter is rude! Subway is a chain and needs consistency from store to Store. Manteca Yosemite store is the best!
