Unfortunately it's come to the conclusion some people should really not be in customer service. Short older lady came with an aggressive demeanor and snatched some chips I thought was paid for in the app when I ordered. I was so confused and had a back and forth with the lady. Other employee stepped up but didn't do much and also mentioned that me talking to the manager wouldn't do anything because they will just stick with her side.
