I just wanted to come on here and write a nice review for the young lady Milan, I understand customer service jobs can be stressful but the whole time she was serving me she had a smile on her face and we had great conversation. I ordered a sandwich and she made it perfect and quick and everything was nice and clean, this was the best experience I had from ANY fast food place in a while. More kind people like her should be around in customer service. I hope my review reaches the right people.
I've been coming to this Subway for over six years because I live nearby, but today's experience was unacceptable. I waited several minutes at the counter while employees were in the back talking and working. I politely called out "Excuse me?" and "Hello?" more than once, and another customer even tried to get their attention because no one came out. Soy cliente regular de esa tienda y el servicio de hoy fue muy pésimo las señoritas jovencitas parecen no saber atender el pan lo pedí caliente y quedó frío no lo cortaron bien y ni siquiera el stiker para sellar le puso, y a la hora de pagar peor aún le estuve insistiendo en que quería poner mi número de teléfono varias veces y no me ofrecieron mis puntos de rewards, deberían cambiar esas señoritas jóvenes
My visit today at Subway, was delightful I was welcomed in with nice energy and served with a great attitude by Autumn. My visit also happened to take place during a rush and her efficiency and friendly manner helped clear the store at a good pace and seemingly make the customers including myself happy!
Mal servicio no me quiso atender la doña no se sus problemas pero con los clientes no tiene que ser mal la fija que me diera uno pan de esos y ni siquiera bola me paro 😡
