Ordered 2 foot long subs! The bread was old . Not fresh.The brown bag had cockroaches climbing out of the bag, threw everything out what disgusting food.
I ordered two sandwiches! The bread was stale.. And when we got them home. there was two cockroaches that came out of the bag. never going back to the store. notifying Subway corporate office.
Last week, I ordered a few meal from their app, and the staff acted like they hadn't been paid. When I walked in the store，no one was there, and they just stared at me. Is it so hard to say "hello"? Not to mention "thank you, goodbye, have a nice day"—those words are worth more than gold. The experience was terrible, and the extra ingredients were so stingy.
The workers mumble and the ingredients are never fresh. Ridiculously expensive and they add $1-2 to the menu price like we won’t know. Confessed to one of the workers and he doesn’t even speak English. Can’t make this up lol
Do you guys even train your new employees? Why do I have to stand behind the counter as a customer and explain that a chopped salad needs to be CHOPPED UP. And that’s just one example of horrible service. I am not going to tell someone else how to do their job! Train your people right or leave them in the back of house until they actually know what they are doing!
