Always SUPER clean when I come in here. The gentleman who made my food was friendly and made my sandwich beautifully. I order here regularly and they almost always get it right. Th worst I've run into has been some overcooked cookies in the past but I'll overlook it considering their pretty consistent with their sandwiches, run a clean restaurant and have friendly staff.
It's frustrating when you pay extra for double meats and double cheese and not get it at all! And this keeps happening repetitiously. The worst part is when you're trying to call them in order to complain. No one ever picks up the phone. Daylight robbery if you ask me. Maybe this explains why they don't have an option for tipping online. It tells me that this is how they choose to run their business. 😡🤬
I am a frequent customer of this store, but two footlong one of them paid for an extra bacon and I did not receive it, and in the other footlong the flavor of the chicken was not the best, I arrived just at the time to pick up the order, it was completely cold the food.
Came in around 5:30, two female employees were sitting in the dining area and I greeted them as I walked in, no response back whatsoever. I proceeded to order a meatball sub and they said we are out. So in other words, poor customer service, don't have what they're supposed to and to top it off they don't accept coupons. Been coming here for a long time, it has definitely gone down hill after it was sold to new owners a year ago. Won't be back.
