Just went in to grab lunch. Both staff had airpods in, talking to people of the other end of the phone. I walked in, stood there waiting while the staff member was playing with her phone. She walked over to take my order and made me repeat myself multiple times because the person on the other end of the airpod was talking. She was also talking to that person while taking my order. The other gentleman working, not helping, was also on his airpod talking to someone. So unprofessional.

I am writing to express my frustration with my recent visit to 4285 Strandherd Dr. Ottawa on April 24th, 2025. The sandwich I received had very little vegetables, and the staff member was rude throughout the process. When I attempted to use my Subway MVP rewards points, the employee incorrectly stated I only had $10 worth, despite my receipt showing I had more. Portion size is a joke. Be it sauces or veggies absolute garbage portions. Might as well just eat the bread !
