My sandwich had 6 meatball instead of 8 so it was mostly bread. Missed tomato’s on my sandwich, (which is fine because they said they were out), but the person behind me asked for them and got them?? I updated my name in the app but when the order printed it was the original name causing an issue finding my sandwich. When I asked about my sandwich with the updated name, the employee looked around and just shrugged and said “idk 🤷” When offered to look at online order info told us we were just at the wrong location.
