Not a good experience at all. I think I’ll go back when grown adults make sandwiches there.
One of the worst experiences I've had at a subway. The employee that built my sandwich didn't listen to what I wanted and tried to push other toppings and sauses on me. It appeared she had no idea what she was doing because she put my sandwich straight on the cutting surface and had to use multiple papers to wrap it up. When she wrapped it up she smashed it and put a bunch of sause I didn't ask for on it. It looks disgusting and I don't feel like I had a choice in my sandwich. Worst subway in Broken Arrow avoid at all costs.
I want to give a huge shoutout and heartfelt thank you to Keekee at Subway for going above and beyond! I came in with a last-minute request for over 40 sandwiches, and not only did she handle it with professionalism and grace, but she did it all with a positive attitude and a smile. Keekee was incredibly organized, efficient, and made sure every sandwich was fresh, well-prepared, and exactly how we needed them.
