Ordered footlong cheese steak sub for curbside. Got there 10 minutes before given pickup time. Tried to check-in but got message my delivery time had timed out. Went in to wait and it was already done and barely got! Even worse there was almost no steak on it. When I complained staff was rude. I go to this location all the time. But no more. Owner raised prices to have crappy service given by employees
Horrible customer service
Just did an order pick up and got home to find that the two sandwiches I ordered, all pro chicken teriyaki foot long and chicken and bacon ranch foot long I ordered…they gave me two chicken and bacon ranch and I found that out upon arriving home. I’ve had multiple problems at this location. And despite saying something, never had anyone reach out either. This is my “second review” since I can’t leave another one.
