It was the customer service for me! My sister and I went in today for a quick bite, and from greeting to farewell, we experienced exceptional customer service. They lady and gentleman who served us were very kind, fast and our food was perfect. 10 Stars for exceptional customer service.
Didn’t get my online order. I went 30 minutes after placing the order. I’ve placed several orders this was the first time I had any issue. I noticed it was not just me 2 other customers had the same issue.
The team of 3 people working tonight were phenomenal and such a vibe. They had great team work and positive, funny attitudes. Sandwiches and pizza made perfectly too.
The young lady at the drive-thru was very nice.
Went to Subway in my area to use a Footlong small meal coupon for $8.99. Server told me that I can only use the coupon for build your own sub and not for the elite chick bacon ranch sub. Nowhere at any other location but this one has someone said that I have to use this coupon on a build your own sub and then proceed to charge me for double cheese when the sub I wanted comes with double cheese already (elite chicken bacon ranch).
