Got caught in the rain and took shelter under the awning of this location so I could order an Uber home, only to have an employee come out of the door almost instantly with a nasty attitude telling me to leave if I wasnt buying anything. I understand having policies and stuff, but she seriously needed an attitude check. Had she been polite about telling me, I might have come inside to buy something cheap while waiting for my Uber, but with her shitty attitude right off the bat guaranteed I wasnt spending a dime. This subways customer service is terrible. Nobody knows what’s going on. I’ve literally had to go orders, walk in there. They tell me they haven’t even started my order. OK no problem. Let me go sit outside. I go sit outside and they lock me outside the store on top of that it’s been plenty of other orders that have gone terribly wrong. I either think that the store should get new management or completely shut all the way down. I am really tired of paying my money to get disappointed.
