I ordered online and asked for the dressing to be put on the side because I didn't want my sandwich to get soggy... they didn't follow instructions. I also emailed them and no one responded.
Please, either cancel your mobile orders or hire more workers you cheap people! Who's the owners? This franchise sucks! Shame on you!
Whomever was working and making sandwiches on 5/12/2025 around 12:20 this afternoon. You guys should be wearing hairnets or hats. I not only found 1 but two really long hairs INSIDE my sandwich. I didnt even get to eat it. I had to pull one out of my mouth. Disgusting.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Whoever owns this store is a failure of a business owner. They have 1 or 2 employees in the store at a time, so if there’s people inside the store nobody is available to take order through the drive thru. I waited in the drive thru for 25 mins on my 30 min lunch break and my order was not even taken. A few months ago the store was closed weeks probably because the owner isn’t competent enough to maintain a workspace where the employees are taken care of and not overwhelmed.
