This might the worst subway ever. Literally the 3 times I have ordered from here items are missing. I’ve always called but a woman speaking Spanish speaks with such a rude tone and never admits she is wrong. I called in today that I’m got a wrong drink and missing bag of chips. I really just wanted a refund for the missing bag of chips I don’t care about the drink anymore cause this happens all the time but she was so unapologetic and rude. Closes at 10 not 11. They took online order and charged me but when i got there it was closed.
Worst customer service ever. The lady who works there—I don’t know her name, but she has blonde hair and speaks Spanish—was very rude to me and my boyfriend, even though we were both respectful and polite.
