Doesn’t accept coupons, I ordered three subs online, gave me the wrong meat, saying he’s out of teriyaki chicken, even though they just opened an hour ago. He put two slices of sandwich meat in each foot-long and a little bit of lettuce. I was literally eating bread. This was about two years ago. This was such a bad experience that I constantly remember this experience. 🥀
Glad this place closed never seen such lack of produce sauce and meats. They literally count the pieces of lettuce they give you good riddance sorry not sorry
I added a lot of extras but even with that the sandwich was much smaller than the usual from other subways. Online order
If you don’t participate with national campaign, then why are you in the participating location on the app. Don’t tell me to order the deal online and then cancel order saying you dont make the specific sandwich. It is for all subs. Wasted time ordering online at the lobby, wasted time writing this review.
Ordered 3 subs online, the bread was wrong on 2 of them. There was barely any meat on all 3. Straight bread sandwiches and not even the bread we paid for. They tried to only give us 2 sandwiches even though we paid for and showed our order of THREE. Had to fight to get what we paid for.
