Blonde lady with tattoos has the worst attitude ever, was slow, very very rude to me AND my kids, if she’s working you should probably just turn around and leave. Worst subway in cleveland by far.
I placed the order as me and my son were talking the greenway at 4, the app said my order would be ready at 4:25. I didn’t get my order until 4:40, there was only 1 order ahead of mine and they waited 20 minutes to get their order. when I received my order my flat bread was hard and my sandwich was literally thrown together, a sloppy mess. I never try to leave bad reviews but this was literally ridiculous.
Asked for heated not toasted and got toasted two different times.
Made an online order for two subs, a personal pizza, and a salad. An hour later we finally get the order and it is completely wrong. Subs not toasted, wrong bread, hardly any veggies or meat, they couldnt cook the pizza so we didn't get that at all, and the salad was completely frozen. I tried calling multiple times to no avail. Just a pre recorded message saying they were helping other customers and couldn't answer the phone.
