Went and ordered a footlong steak and cheese, they didn't have most of the breads ready only white and wheat and I can understand that part but the overall quality was absolutely terrible. There is more lettuce on my sub that meat. Completely unacceptable service.
Blonde lady with tattoos has the worst attitude ever, was slow, very very rude to me AND my kids, if she’s working you should probably just turn around and leave. Worst subway in cleveland by far.
I placed the order as me and my son were talking the greenway at 4, the app said my order would be ready at 4:25. I didn’t get my order until 4:40, there was only 1 order ahead of mine and they waited 20 minutes to get their order. when I received my order my flat bread was hard and my sandwich was literally thrown together, a sloppy mess. I never try to leave bad reviews but this was literally ridiculous.
