Employee had air pods in while doing my order. She added the wrong chicken , added stuff on the wrong side. I think if you’re able to multi task by all means but this lady cannot do orders and talk to someone on the phone while doing it.
I purchased a salami and cheese sandwich this morning from this establishment and it was the most disappointing sandwich i’ve ever had. When i finally had my sandwich for lunch, i immediately threw up my sandwich along with everything else i had for the day. Seems like the cold cuts were not even refrigerated and have been sitting in the heat. I currently still feel very sick and have been throwing up for the last 2 hours. Management needs to do something about the quality of ingredients they are selling to consumers.
Went to this Subway west main near ShopRite to buy some sandwich last week. First the weather outside is very hot and when I enter here it’s more hotter than here than outside. I felt uncomfortable here when I am ordering my food. I went to this Subway with my husband, and honestly, it was a terrible experience. We tried to eat our food inside, but the place was extremely hot and uncomfortable. We couldn’t even finish our meal — we had to leave. It’s disgusting and unacceptable, not just for customers but especially for the employees who have to work in those conditions all day. Someone should report this to the health department. No one should have to eat or work in that kind of heat. We won’t be coming back until this issue is fixed. Thank you .
