This is my last time coming here. Ive tried to give this established a go a few times but id rather chew on dirt. The staff are always unwelcoming, rolling their eyes, and generally rude. I asked for a protein pocket that was not displayed inside on the menu. The guy behind the counter was annoyed I didn't know the exact name and was very rude. Wow, weird experience. In fairness, I wouldn't know how the food tasted since I threw it away and didn't eat it based upon my experience and observations. I didn't trust the store was clean and ran competently. No greeting when I arrived. The gal didn't seem to know how to make sandwiches. Asking for a wrap appeared confusing to her. She struggled to heat up my cheese and meat only. Couldn't get the mayo out. Just folded the wrap in half and cut it, lol. The woman working there tonight just slammed everything on the sandwich, drowned it in mayo, in general just didn't want to be there. She wasn't real nice to the young guy working with her either, she acted like he was in her way. He was nice BTW. I'll try not to go back to this location. Are ya'll not paying people enough to care about the food? Gave them another try months later. The girl was picking at her eyes while putting on gloves. My boyfriend and I come to this Subway at least once a week, sometimes multiple times a week. There is a woman who works here (I unfortunately don’t know her name) who always makes great sandwiches and provides friendly service every time and I wish I could leave a separate portion of this review to honor her awesome customer service. I come to this Subway weekly and this Subway as a whole is fine, but the entire experience is ruined by one employee every single time he is working. RJ is perhaps the rudest, most audacious, and delivers the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.
