The food is usually good, but pickup orders are consistently frustrating. Even when the app says the order is ready, it usually still takes an extra 10 minutes or more, and I often end up waiting 30–35 minutes total. It seems like in-store customers are always helped before pickup orders, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Plenty of parking

The lady who works there is a sweetheart. However there is a gentleman who is absolutely miserable. No manners. Has an attitude when making a sandwich and is just plain rude. He should not be working there if he hates it so much.

This is my last time coming here. Ive tried to give this established a go a few times but id rather chew on dirt. The staff are always unwelcoming, rolling their eyes, and generally rude. I asked for a protein pocket that was not displayed inside on the menu. The guy behind the counter was annoyed I didn't know the exact name and was very rude. He then pulls out the tortillas, asks his coworker to get better tortilla wraps because these are out of date and breaking (to which she did not acknowledge him and sat on her phone),... read more

Wow, weird experience. In fairness, I wouldn't know how the food tasted since I threw it away and didn't eat it based upon my experience and observations. I didn't trust the store was clean and ran competently. No greeting when I arrived. The gal didn't seem to know how to make sandwiches. Asking for a wrap appeared confusing to her. She struggled to heat up my cheese and meat only. Couldn't get the mayo out. Just folded the wrap in half and cut it, lol.
