Called to ask for help claiming a buy 2 get 1 deal advertised on Facebook. The Indian woman who answered was unhelpful then hung up on me.
I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit this morning. It was frustrating to see staff member on their cellphone and talking in the other line while they were supposed to be working. And this is not acceptable.
