I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit this morning. It was frustrating to see staff member on their cellphone and talking in the other line while they were supposed to be working. And this is not acceptable. I place my order while in the store and I noticed that the machine is ringing and no one is taking it, I’m pretty sure it is my order. It’s keeps beeping for a long time and no one picking it up. Great sandwich as ordered and ready for pick up.
No one was where gloves and food was growing mold I got food poisoning and when I called to complain the phone operator tried to gaslight me and say he was there and they where wearing gloves even tho I have picture of them not
