The manager is incredibly rude. She should not be in customer service at all. She is defensive, accusatory, and terribly unprofessional.
I was hoping the recent reviews were wrong. They were not. I requested and paid for extra protein which I did not receive. Sandwich was disgusting. Threw away after one bite. Avoid this franchise at all costs.
I would appreciate if someone from corporate can contact me. My daughter was accused of trying to steal a soda, was made to wait there while they went & checked the camera & then told her that she was good & could leave. She didn't apologize to my daughter. My husband & I went up there to talk to them & they were rude, loud & called the police because we said we wasn't leaving until they gave us the number to corporate which they refused to do. When I received my order it was very disappointing. There was hot salad with what looks to be baked cheese and no salad dressing with way too much black pepper. My sandwich had the wrong ingredients and drop of meat, it even had pepper which I did not request. And to top it off the Chocolate chip cookie and Sun Chips for my order were not in the bag.
