Order off the app and never got the sub. Called to see what happened and if I could get a remake or refund and the employee was super rude and had no knowledge of anything. Told me it’s not his problem lol … place is a joke that can’t barley stay afloat
I used to come here with my boyfriend and get lunch when we went to tss. We ordered the same shit everyday and it was always good. Staff were always nice and new what we were ordering lol
Ordered 2 subs and a pretzel on the app at Clairmont. App said order would ve done at 1:35pm. Seemed Like a long time when I placed the order half hour before. Walked in at 120 asking how long on the order. It was ready on the table. Got it home and both subs were hard as a rock and the pretzel was inedible. Never going back there again. Glad I didn't tip.
