If there's one subway that has to be avoided in the Niagra Region, this is the one. The 2 employees, especially the male bald guy are not good while handling customers. Spinach was old, guacamole was not fresh. When asked, he started arguing with me. I Reached out to subway support team with this review, got no help. Use to love Subway years ago, (40 years) been a customer, but the quality is gone down hill. Not sure if it's the franchise owners and management, or just the lack of quality ingredients. My biggest issue are the buns. Everytime I get them, they are dry and stale. I usually make an effort to ask for the freshest ones that came out of the oven last, but forgot to ask this time.
