Worst subway I’ve been too, dryest, least amount of topping sandwich, I’ve had from a subway. And the location, have you tried typing in the physical address? Does not take you to the right place. Very inconvenient
Xtra veggies were put in the sandwiches. Took so long for making sandwiches and over pouring sauces and put the veggies back to the box when told about taking out extra. Lettuce was all brown .
Worst experience! Walked through the door was ignored for at least 15 minutes while the girl with the pink hair repeatedly complained to customers how she had so many online orders and would huff and puff and say comments like “if that order goes off one more time” and another one stating “please tell me they at least tipped.. life would be better for me and those people” the employee which also wasn’t kind and would enable her behavior and say “well sorry to tell ya”. Ordered a pickup and even waited 10-15 minutes before coming in to grab it, walked in alongside a doordasher and wasn't even greeted. The lady with pink and black hair just asked what we're here for, when we said pickup she said "Yeah that's gonna be a while too" in quite a rude and impatient tone, and on a side note there were no other customers in there other than the doordasher and my boyfriend, then this older couple came in to order and she had them wait too before even starting their order while talking her sweet time ... read more
Hours are posted 8am to 8pm, arrived to the restaurant at 6:15pm. Front door was locked, with no sign saying they were closed or why. Unsure why they were closed but, a reason should have been posted on the door to alert customers of early closure.
