Just left this subway with my grandchildren and had a terrible experience. The young lady who said she was owner was abrasive, condescending and rude and unfortunately so was the male server. I was told not to return to the store. As a retired principal, if I ever spoke to parents in that manner , I would have been reprimanded by my superior. I never go to Subway and not inclined to ever go again. My grandkids 14 and 12 noticed how disrespectful the staff were. I usually give great reviews on line .
The staff were yelling at someone's grandma for not knowing that you can't use multiple coupons at the same times also the food was bad
The staff were mean and rude especially to my grandma for not knowing how to use a coupon like they could of explained it but no they give her adtude and yelled at us just for being there
Terrible service. No bread. And it was 12 noon, lunchtime. Gave us half the amount of meat on a normal sub and very minimal veggies. When I went to complain they didn't care at all. Ordered Uber Eats. 0/10 service
