Very disappointing experience at this Subway. The employees refused to take my order and showed zero interest in helping. Their app was down and wouldn’t allow me to order a veggie patty sub. Very disappointing experience at this Subway. The employee Karan. They were rude and unhelpful and refused to take my order when the app was down, without offering any solution. I’ve been a regular here for years, but their poor attitude and lack of basic customer service were unacceptable. I expect much better from Subway.
I want to give a special thanks to Nikita! She was the most kindest lady who went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. Her customer service skills are exceptional and she made me the best sub i’ve had in years. Definitely returning soon! :)
Just had an amazing experience at lunch today. Ordered 6 subs at lunch time. Ready in 15 mins! Staff was super friendly and made the subs perfectly! Thank you ladies for your amazing customer service today!
