Horrible service. No one was standing to serve me. Saw the worker in the back room sitting and on his phone. I tried to get his attention but clearly being on his phone while on the job is more important. This is unacceptable.
An order was put in ahead of time and several subs couldn't be completed as ordered because they were out of several items. It appears the app doesn't update inventory based on location which is extremely inconvenient. They only had one staff member running the entire store. The staff member did their best, but it was hard for them to serve all the customers in the store. There is plenty of parking in their free parking lot.
terrible customer service. ordered online and she argued with me that the beverage i ordered wasn’t the beverage i ordered even when i pulled up the receipt.
Yeah my sandwich the bread was pretty hard today
I went try to get food right at lunch time and when I only get a half hour break and the guy said I had to I said can I just get a soda the guy said I was busy it ruined my lunch break
