Placed a mobile order with a coupon. Show up to pick up my order and the employee gives me lecture on why they cannot honor coupons and how they would be out of business because of people like me using corporate provided coupons which comes out of their pocket. Completely baffled. If you don’t want to accept coupons, tell your corporate rather than haggling with customers.
This particular Subway is above and beyond
I'm batting a 1,000 today. I started at the Greenbay location. Where the food was made wrong, due to a language barrier unfortunately. However moot point since I didn't take said food with me becuse of technology issues. Had a digital gift card, QR code wouldnt scan, no way to manually enter the information on their end and Help Desk was less than helpful. I was told to print out the QR code. I go to this location. Absolute trash, they don’t honor any coupons that corporations run. You can be an independent owner all you want, but if you’re not gonna accept the coupons for corporations, you’re gonna get reviews like this. I’ll report back how long it takes to get my money back
