The location just had a very well done renovation adding a clean finish to the place, it looks amazing. Staff were very friendly and food came out quick and fresh!
The manager (male) was very rude and condescending when I had an error with the subway app when an order was not received at the restaurant but the subway app charged my bank - they didn’t care or believe me - or do anything other than tell me to search the internet for a help desk number. Super upsetting as the manager was incredibly rude to me and didn’t understand why he should help me as it was an “app” issue. Horrible experience in a regular restaurant we USED to visit.
