There were 2 workers, the first guy was decent and nice. The other lady working (she has braids) was extremely rude from the get go, I was trying to tell them that I needed to see the menu to fully see what I wanted to get and the lady in a very rude tone was extremely dismissive and told me to look at the board (which did not have the information I needed, second the store itself was missing turkey, chicken teriyaki, along with some other proteins, so I’m not sure what she wanted me to do). My order was prepared incorrectly, and the overall atmosphere during our visit was disappointing. The man who assisted us displayed a noticeably negative demeanor, lacking both basic communication and customer service skills. My husband struggled to understand him, as he mumbled throughout the interaction. This wasn’t a teenager new to the job — this was a grown adult, yet his attitude and unwillingness to resolve the issue made it clear we won’t be returning.
